Niraj, Vipal and Chetan Patel make the Dhanyavad Development team. They all have various background with common values, integrity, and solid business principles. During their tenure, each has held various positions (Bio Chemist, CTO, Finance/Business admin, etc…) on the corporate ladder. Each has owned and operated their own hotels; then have grouped to combine their experience and success to grow with each other’s strengths and relish their entrepreneurial passion.

Dhanyavad Development LLC partners own and operate multiple hotels; collectively we have owned and operated hotels for over 40 years. We have developed numerous hotels from the ground up. Over the years we have built strong relationships with various hotel corporations by providing high-quality assurance scores and superior delivery of customer service. We are tremendously proud of the impacts of job creation, development value, as well as voluntary local community support.

NIRAJ PATEL
Founding Member
As a founding partner, Niraj serves as the company Officer with responsibility for strategic oversight of all aspects of company operations, development, and investment.
Prior to forming Dhanyavad Development LLC, Niraj spent 20+ years in the hospitality industry owning, managing, operating, building, working with the vendors in obtaining, funding, negotiating licensing, purchase and sales contracts for company acquisition, and development opportunities.
Niraj received his Business Management and Industrial Electronics degree in Mumbai India. Niraj is also certified in various Hotel band platforms over many decades; Best Western, IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group), Americas Best value (RLH Corporation) and Wyndham Hotel Group.
CHETAN PATEL
Founding Member
Chetan brings an exceptional background in Customer experience, & Technology deployment to the Dhanyavad Development LLC team. Chetan’s passion with 25+ years in service delivery and technology has consistently achieved record-high customer satisfaction rankings, improvements to the bottom line and turnaround of underperforming operations platforms. He is a respected builder and leader of customer-focused teams; encourages a shared, enthusiastic commitment to customer service as a key driver of company goal accomplishment. Chetan has also owned and managed the development of independent hotels from the ground up.
Chetan is a team leader who mentors with purpose and understands that strong working relationships create a great and motivated team that produces exceptional results.
Chetan is a people-oriented hospitality leader that creates service-oriented environments, develops effective hotel teams, creates high tech guest experience and delivers financial results.
VIPAL PATEL
Founding Member
As a valuable member of Dhanyavad Development LLC, Vipal brings an exceptional background in Operations & Revenue Management. As a management professional with over 15 years of measurable experience in analyzing existing operations and implementing effective systems, strategies, and processes to improve organizational and sales performance. Accomplished in managing corporate finances and capturing sales opportunities to increase revenues and improve profit contributions.
Vipal has proven leadership in resolving corporate issues and exceeding organizational goals. He oversees tactical direction and support on sell strategy implementation as well as assisting the hotels’ executive team with forecasting and budgeting analysis. Vipal has also overseen and completed extensive multiple Property Improve Plans with budgets of multi-million dollars.
Vipal has received his Master of Science in Chemistry from California State University, Long Beach. Vipal has achieved industry recognized management training certifications from highly recognized brands, Hilton, Best Western International, and Accor Hotels. He has also completed the Franklin Covey’s “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”, Ken Blanchard’s “Raving Fans” and “Gung Ho!”
